I went to visit my very close friend, Amy, and we decided to do a mini photoshoot with her two little girls. They are so cute and sweet... Definitely the cutest sisters I know! We had so much fun!!! :) Emmagail (the oldest) wasn't really in the modeling mood that day but surprisingly Ella (the youngest) was. She's quite the little model in progress! Hahaha.

Eureka Springs, AR
So... A funny story (that's not so funny) is that I wanted to get Travis something unique for Christmas and decided to plan a trip to Eureka Springs, Arkansas over our break. Him and I both thought that he was going back to school mid-January so I planned the trip on our anniversary, January 6th... Turns out that he had to go back to school earlier than that so we had to postpone the trip until MARCH!!! Sorry you had to wait 3 more months to get your Christmas present, babe, but I truly believe everything happens for a reason and the trip was definitely worth the wait. The weather was kind of crumby our first night there but the next two days were absolutely perfect and beautiful!!! We had an AMAZING time staying in a treehouse, going caving, shopping, hiking, and eating yummy meals! I took tons of pictures of the treehouse and our caving/hiking trips but didn't get many pictures of the shops we went into. Oh well! Here are some of the many photographs that I took on our fantastic trip :)
There was this creepy room that I'm assuming had all of the electrical and plumbing wires in it but was too tall to get to and investigate so Travis kept trying to scare me by saying that it was "Thaddeus's room"... :p
Again, Travis trying to scare me with this creepy bear! Hahaha. He's a goober!!!
The view from the balcony of the treehouse was phenominal!
There was CHEESECAKE in our refrigerator!!! It was so delicious and took us less than a minute to consume both peices!
Then it was time to go downtown and go shopping and eat a nice dinner... It costs $5.00 for 4 hours of parking and we had to come up with the money in change... It was quite a task trying to make it all fit in the tiny slot!
We ate at Cafe Luigi's Italian Restaurant and OMG it was super delicious!!! Travis had cheesy noodle shells and I had manicotti with alfredo sauce :)
Then it was time to go back to the treehouse and relax with the electric fireplace and a movie!
We went to Walmart to grab some movies and look at the games and found this awesome game... Creationary! It's a lot like Pictionary but with Legos. We're such losers! Hahaha!!! But it was a lot of fun.
We woke up the next day and went to Onyx Cave. It was self guided and pretty awesome!
The cave used to be used for the creation of Moonshine!
There were TONS of stalactites and stalagmites in the cave... Absolutely beautiful!
This cave formation (above) freaked me out! It was HUGE and CREEPY!!! I felt like it was going to break open and run at me! :p
Then it was time to fill the tank up with gas in Travis's car... He's so handsome <3
After that, we went to downtown Eureka Springs and ate at the Basin Hotel's bistro and people-watched from above. The food was absolutely delicous and the view was wonderful!
We split a huge plate of nachos.
I had a baked potato with brocolli and cheese... Mmm!
Travis had a BBQ burger. He enjoyed it!
This man sung and played the guitar right next to our table and was a great artist. Travis and I really enjoyed his music. I think everything that he was performing was original!
We walked around a lot and it became VERY HOT outside! We found this cute little dude :)
HOW AWESOME IS THIS CAR!?! It's Decaptacon from Transformers with his logo on the window and the license plate "DCPTCON"... Bad ass!!! :)
After a full day of shopping, we then went on a mini-hike behind our treehouse. The woods were so pretty and it solidified to me that Spring is finally here... We definitely got lucky with such a mild winter this year!
Travis pulled off a peice of bark from a tree and it looked like an "M"... He was SO amused! :p
Thank you, Mr. Tree, for taking our picture for us!!!
It's nearly impossible to see in this photograph but there was a deer footprint with a dog's footprint on top of it... Pretty cool!
I handed the camera to Travis and he decided to take some pictures from his perspective of the hike! He's my photographer in training... ;)
...And then he handed the camera back to me!
We went back to the treehouse and although we could have went out to another nice dinner, we were both craving Pizza Hut's $10 box (with bread sticks, pizza, and dessert sticks) so we ordered it and relaxed after a long day, watching some movies! We were pretty wore out.
Although Travis had to wait 3 months to get his Christmas present, he said that it was worth it :)
